Hey, I’m Chloe.
Helping 20-somethings and young adults navigate anxiety, identity, and life transitions — with therapy that feels like a soft place to land.
Hi, I’m Chloe -Your Partner in Self-Discovery
I specialize in working with clients navigating life transitions, exploring identity, and creating meaningful relationships. With a background in social work and years of experience supporting young adults, my approach is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and a deep understanding of LGBTQ+ experience as well as a passion for navigating all life’s transitions.
I’m not here to tell you what your life should look like—I’m here to help you uncover what feels most authentic to you. Whether you’re exploring gender identity, planning for a family, or facing a significant life change, I’ll provide a compassionate space to help you grow, heal, and thrive.
Fun Fact: When I’m not in session, you might find me thrifting for home decor!

Welcome
You’re in your 20s, trying to figure out who you are — and honestly? Everything feels like a lot. You’re not quite who you used to be, and you’re not totally sure who you’re becoming.
-
Sound familiar?
Maybe you’re:
Exploring your identity (queer or not) and wondering what “authentic” even means
Feeling the growing pains of friendship shifts, dating uncertainty, or post-grad life
Drifting between versions of yourself and craving a space to land and figure it out
If any of that hits, you’re in the right place.
Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can unpack challenges, discover your strengths, and build a life that reflects your values, aspirations, and authentic self.
-
Is this what you are looking for?
Let’s work together to help you thrive in life’s transitions and live authentically.

How I Work
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation — real, compassionate, and maybe even a little bit funny. I show up as my full self, and I invite you to do the same.
My style is:
Affirming and identity-focused
Grounded in humor and real talk
Collaborative — I’m not just sitting silently nodding at you
Whether you’re working through something heavy or just trying to sort out who the hell you are, I’m here to help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more you.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with people in their 20s — especially those in the queer community or exploring their identity in any form. I love working with folks who want space to reflect, be challenged, laugh a little, and feel deeply understood.
Themes we might explore together:
Young adult transitions (college → career, moving, "adulting")
Friendship changes + dating exploration
Sexual orientation + gender identity
Building confidence + authenticity
Finding your voice and values in a loud world.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost if you choose to forgo insurance.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A Good Faith Estimate is a clear, written estimate of the cost of therapy services based on what we know at the time of your appointment. It’s designed to help you understand the potential costs of your sessions, including any additional fees that may apply, so you can make informed decisions about your care. The estimate is provided in good faith, meaning it’s our best effort to give you an accurate cost based on the information available at the time. Please note, the actual cost of services may vary depending on your specific needs, treatment plan, or changes in insurance coverage. If you ever have questions about your Good Faith Estimate or how your sessions are billed, don’t hesitate to reach out.
